Ingredients for Veg Pancakes:
- 1 cup Bajra flour
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- Oil for cooking
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the bajra flour, grated carrots, chopped spinach, chopped onions, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and salt.
- Gradually add water as needed to form a smooth batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
- Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and spread it evenly.
- Cook until both sides are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve the hot pancakes with your favourite chutney or sauce.
