Veg Pancakes Recipe

Add a twist to your breakfast routine with these delicious Veg Pancakes made with Bajra Flour! 

Ingredients for Veg Pancakes:

  • 1 cup Bajra flour
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the bajra flour, grated carrots, chopped spinach, chopped onions, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and salt.
  2. Gradually add water as needed to form a smooth batter.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
  4. Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Cook until both sides are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  7. Serve the hot pancakes with your favourite chutney or sauce.
