Ingredients for Veg Cutlet Recipe:
- 1 cup millet mix flour
- 1 cup finely chopped vegetables (carrots, beans, peas, etc.)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for shallow frying
