Ingredients for Veg Cutlet Recipe:

  • 1 cup millet mix flour
  • 1 cup finely chopped vegetables (carrots, beans, peas, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for shallow frying

Instructions for How to Make Vegetable Cutlet:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the Naturalist millet mix flour, vegetables, onion, coriander, cumin seeds, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, and salt.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into cutlets.
  3. Heat oil in a shallow pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the Vegetable cutlets until they are golden brown on both sides.
  5. Serve the hot cutlets with your favourite chutney or sauce.
