Ragi Cake Recipe

Ingredients for Ragi Cake Recipe:

  • 1 cup Ragi flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup jaggery powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cashews 

Instructions for How to Make Chocolate Ragi Cake:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the ragi flour, cocoa powder, jaggery powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  6. Add cashew on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let the brownie cake cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
