Ingredients:
- ½ cup Naturalist Kavuni Kanji Mix
- ½ cup Naturalist Jaggery Powder
- Water
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ½ tsp Cardamom powder
- 4 tbsp Ghee (Clarified Butter)
- 2 tbsp roasted Cashew
Kavuni Kanji Halwa Recipe Preparation:

In a pan, mix Naturalist Kavuni Kanji Mix with some water to a paste-like consistency.

Take Naturalist Jaggery powder in a deep kadai or pan. Add ¼ cup of water and dissolve the jaggery heating it on medium flame.

Once the Jaggery mix starts boiling, lower the flame and add the Kavuni Kanji paste into it.

Keep stirring until the mixture thickens.

Once it thickens, add coconut milk & cook on medium heat.

When it starts thickening, add Ghee and mix well. Cook well.

Now add the Cardamom powder and roasted Cashews and mix.

Switch off the flame and serve the yummy Kavuni Kanji Halwa hot.
